The Nova Subterra Norns were, like the Akamai Cannys, made to have
increased intelligence. Their creator Lummox (or Lee Gaiteri as his real
name is) achieved this through adding 4 new brain lobes, increasing the
size of the perception and concept lobes, plus a number of other changes.
This resulted in less tiredness, decreased wall-bonking and "extremely
high intelligence" (I´m quoting Lummox on that one). I´ve tested this
breed and found it to be just as intelligent as the Akamai Cannys, but
with slightly differing personalities. The Novas are slightly better sleepers
than the Akamai, but the Akamai seem more vivacious and curious in comparison.
Novas are also more difficult to breed, but with a little bit of patience
and my Aphrodisiac cob that shouldn´t be a problem.
Download a couple and see for yourself. Just a word of warning: Do not
breed Akamais and Novas together, since this could cause brain
defects in the children.
