Weird Albia: Other Weird Stuff

On this page you can find strange things sent in by other creatures players. I don't accept submissions to this section anymore so you'll just have to enjoy what is. :) Note: This is a big page that may take several minutes to load if you're on a slow connection.

"There's only one way to explain this in a world with no breedable ettins or more ettin cobs.  The ettin mother has gone haywire." Sent in by Lily

"These pics are of Fly, the floating norn! He has visited the moon, the temple (in the background on the garden), the mountains, a hummingbird nest, and more! The last pic from the left, the one that says Fly dead, is actually Fly frozen when sleeping (look for the white Z on his cheek)! Well, have fun looking at them! They should be worth a few laughs!" "This is Jade. She fell into the Ocean a long time ago and died. Before she began to float away I stuck her into the Submarine and made it head for the air lock. As the Submarine lowered down to the airlock she began to float, but then when it entered and stopped, she stopped and now it looks as if she's laying on the Sea floor. Pretty twisted!" "This is Boku. I flung him into the Air and he suddenly began to zoom super fast about Albia (What is with me and flying Norns?). He lived for 20 more minutes, but because I couldn't pick him up and didn't have the Science kit, he died. Right now he's still zooming about but a bit slower. Some day he too will slow down to a crawl and eventually stop altogether. Lets hope his final resting place has a nice view." Sent in by Silver Neko

"In my Albia, when my Ettins die they dont float away into the sky, they just lie there. In fact I can even pick them up and put them here and there! This pic shows the 'Tomb' of the Ettins. It is one of the high up bamboo huts in the swamp." Sent in by Silver Neko

"This is a Norn named Chibie. She died when I left the computer on to go somewhere, and when I came back, she was floating super fast in a straight line around Albia. But then she began to slow down and is now floating in a peaceful place by some vines to wait out eternity." Sent in by Silver Neko

"One time when I was playing Creatures, my banana norn was taking a ride over the pond. She fell off, and just remained standing in the water." Sent in by Sara.

"This is my little norn Phobexi. She is like a camel! She´s happy only if she has something to drink. She drinks, drinks, drinks and drinks. It is as if she was in a desert." Sent in by Sara.

"My C2 norn has a big problem! She can´t move. I tried export/import but it doesn´t work. So my poor Alyssa won´t live much longer. No food or anything.. Just the ground near the incubator.." Sent in by Sara.

"One day, The Hand saw that her female Norn was part Golden desert. So Hand decided to inject her with Dancing. Minteki decided she should explode and give the Hand a scare, and think that she was diseased. This has happened to other Norns, but this was the best photo that could be taken during this..."Experience"?" Sent in by Nornia.

"What happened to the fishing line? I'll tell ya. My little Mernorn KatyBug swam off with it. You can see it in the pictures." Sent in by GoSquish.

"I have read "strange happenings in Albia". Strange happenings often occur in my Albia too: Sometimes I have seen flying lemons. I think it is nornghosts. The flying lemons are always in height with the adult norns." Sent in by Sara.

"Aleks had wandered across the Hang Bridge many times, assuming it would be there forever. He took it for granted. Then, one sad day, the hang bridge was gone. Aleks was sad for awhile, but soon came up with a plan. He quietly and quickly walked over the air where the Hang Bridge used to be. He had been tired and sad before, but his face lit up with joy as he crossed the air." Sent in by Jack.

"Janie was pregnant by Shakespere, and she was having a beautiful pregnancy. She was past-term, and getting very hot. Hand let her eat some gentation, and went to tend to other norns. All of a sudden, 2 EGGS appeared at the bottom of the screen! Hand went back to Janie, who, after all of that work, had promptly fallen asleep." Sent in by "SP".

"When the eggs were mature, Hand took them both to the incubator. She chose the spotted egg first, since they both couldn't go at once. Out popped a purebred looking banana norn! Named Ked, he went up the computer. Then came the other egg. Hand expected them to be the same, but out popped a totally different norn that had his dad's head and mom's body. Hand named him Kem. At their first encounter, Kem promptly hit Ked in the head." Sent in by "SP".

"As you can see in this pic, right next to the norn on the right is a piece of levetating feverfew!" Sent in by Ultrapantz.

"This one was really strange. His hand came off, and then it went back onto his body. It never happened again." Sent in by Ultrapantz.

"I don't know what happened. He was in the submarine, and then he got out, disappeared, and reappeared on the island looking like this. I imported him and exported him, but it still wouldn't work! Finally, after a crash, he returned to a normal looking norn." Sent in by Ultrapantz.

"You can't tell from the pic, but tis female got stuck in the cable car. It wouldn't move at all! She just sat there, and got a really happy look on her face." Sent in by Ultrapantz.

"I went to check on my baby Grenorn in his playpen, and I found him underwater, saying "push animal" then he looked at me with this huge smile...........then the game crashed." Sent in by Ultrapantz.

"Poor old Fuzz finally died of old age, but his spirit refused to leave the mortal realm. He became Albia's first moon, visiting his descendants every ten minutes and for some reason (You don't see it in the pics) shortly after he passed by, other Norns would cheer up. He still appeared in the list of creatures and I can only assume that his soul was too strong to be pulled into heaven when he didn't want to go." Sent in by Little Washu.

"This is Davie. First, a girl norn had the egg stuck on her. Apparently, Davie thought it would suit him better. He took it off after a while." Sent in by Firedragon.

"One by one, my poor norns got their heads stuck in the ground. They never got free." Sent in by Firedragon.

"For some wacky reason, Ben was sleeping on the water. Then he went on the passing boat." Sent in by Firedragon.

"I was looking around in my world for norns. Suddenly this appeared out of nowhere and followed me everywhere." Sent in by Shadow.

"I was running a feral run and my female norn got stuck. She was riding the lift up and didn't make it all the way to the top. She just stayed in one spot and the lift went up past her. And this right after her baby had died... (I don't feel sorry for him, he was orange and I think a Child of the Mind) I intervened and moved her up, where she promptly got pregnant again." "This is Flip, a C1 norn. She died but got stuck by the horn of love. The C2 norn is Ned, her mate. Flip still has an egg in her womb and it will never come out. I have 5 Albias with lots of strange stuff in them." Sent in by Silver Neko.

"I am sending two pictures. These are pretty strange. On the left picture, you can see the caterpillar ACTUALLY FLOATING! On the right picture, you can see that the little purple dooser that usually stays underground has somehow gotten out of his dirt prison!" Sent in by Ultrapantz.

"Well, I had a Norn named Cute, and she was flying around. She suddenly got stuck in the middle of the ocean. I couldn't pick her up, but she wasn't suffocating. Very Odd." Sent in by Kin.

"The first case of norn multiple personalities?  Maybe.  I was playing with my new Creatures 2 angel norn, and had taught him from Encyclopedia Nornica, when suddenly Michael took a look at the drink cob I was testing and said "Dr. Pete push drink  The strange part is he had not been taught from anything that would have changed his name.  He then called himself Dr. Pete for a few more minutes, then reverted back to his old name, Michael." "This is like the heat wave in canny land. It's not as hot, 114 degrees F, but it is WINTER!!!" Sent in by Psychic.

"You know the flying lemons in C1? Some people called them Witch Lemons? Well, here's an even weirder C2 flying object: A flying triffid fruit on GrendelVision! Only he could see it!" Sent in by Plangkye.

"You can't see it, but in her sleep, this norn said - And I quote - 'Mmmm... Fries!'Truly! No lie!" Sent in by Plangkye.

"This norn has, contrary to popular belief, picked up two objects at once. He is carrying a coffee cup, but above it you can see a cat food bowl. Although Mommy, the hand, was flabbergasted, the unnamed norn treated it as a perfectly normal experience and went about his business." Sent in by Plangkye.
